What is Sainik Samman Scheme 2024?

Under this Agneepath scheme, all the soldiers who have been recruited in the service for the last 4 years, can serve their service for only 4 years, after that it will be decided by the officers of the service whether they are made permanent or retired after 4 years, all these soldiers were neither given any kind of pension.
